🎶 Music for Mental Health: A Playlist Post

Music is a proven mood-lifter, a boon to mental health. Thankfully, it’s always been a big part of my life. In fact, it’s one of the top three ways I practice self-care.

I grab my over-ear headphones, turn on the Self-Care focus mode on my phone, and disappear into myself for a while.

Because different days and situations can call for different music, there’s any number of genres, songs, and artists I’ll listen to. However, I have a playlist that contains a number of songs I especially love that are almost guaranteed to improve my mood and make me feel better. Those songs are below!
