📝 Week Notes, No. 2024.24

Weekly Highlights of June 10th - 16th:

🍎 WWDC felt pretty meh, in my opinion. I’m so tired of everyone jumping on the AI bandwagon. There really wasn’t anything that I found to be exciting, except for the few homescreen customization options that were added to iOS18. I’m currently trying the beta, but have yet to be really impressed with anything it offers.

💼 I had a video interview for a contract content writing position with Golden Shovel, an agency over in Minnesota. It went well, despite some issues with Zoom. I’m still waiting to hear back about whether or not I get a second interview.

🎳 Week 8 of league bowling! 105, 139, and 132. We bowled the second-best team in the league and lost all three. Again.

🥵 The temperatures here have been (and will continue to be) hot and humid. I’ve been miserable as a result. I can’t stand humidity and constantly being sweaty and gross. We’ve gotten a bit of rain, but ugh…I’m definitely over summer already.

💻 I added a new page to my blog this week: Nope, which is a list of things I do not and will not do. I’ll be adding to it as I see fit.

👚 I decided to give Stitch Fix a try. My first box came this week. I kept two items — a pair of shorts and a pair of jeans.
